It’s nearly been two weeks now that I’m doing the no-spending month and surprisingly, I am doing very well. I do have the urge to splurge sometimes, but I managed to keep my money in the bank. I actually question myself if I really need it or not. I did add the Naked2 palette to my shopping cart three times already (I got a discount code for Beautybay.com) but I keep clicking the X on the top right of my screen. It’s too expensive right now (at least I think so and while I love the original Naked palette, do I really need a similar one while I have plenty of other eyeshadows?!?!)

I do have to say, that I’m loving saving right now. I never really noticed how much money went to random shopping. A lipstick here, a nailpolish there. Oh I need some new shampoo! Maybe I should try that hairmask? What about a new pyjama? Hmmmm I could use a new perfume… Oh my! Look at that discount! That’s amazing! NEEDS IT!

Seriously. That’s me to a tee.

I really hope I can manage spending my money wisely on things that I truly need for the rest of the year, and maybe a bit of traveling wouldn’t be so impossible. :-)
